Open to the public, the Moran Museum offers a fascinating look back at the Moran history with original furnishings and unique northwest nautical artifacts. The magnificent Music Room features an original 1913 Aeolian Pipe Organ and 1900 Steinway Grand Piano, which are still used in live performances. Recognized as the premier meeting facility in the San Juan Islands, Rosarioâ??s waterfront Discovery Conference Center offers over 6,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space for up to 300 people. In addition, the resort features creative indoor and outdoor venues for group events and entertaining. A variety of recreational activities are available on Orcas Island, most of which are located near the resort. Designed and built by Robert Moran, this luxuriously unique waterfront suite overlooks Cascade Bay. Formerly the Moran children's playhouse, this is the only overnight accommodation offered in an original Robert Moran structure. This room features a king-size sleigh bed, separate living room with panoramic waterfront views, gas fireplace, tiled bathroom with a double head shower, and a radiant heated floor.
