ANTE

With a capacity of up to 20 guests, the Ante room is perfect for small meetings and is conveniently located just off the Hotel Reception / Lobby. The Ante room also interconnects with the Terrace Room, with a combined capacity of 100 guests.

BARWON

The Barwon room is ideal for medium sized functions and can cater for up to 100 guests. Also adjoining the Bellarine Bar, the Barwon room interconnects with the Kardinia room, and has a combined capacity of 300 guests.

KARDINIA

Kardinia is the largest of our conference rooms, adjoining the Bellarine Bar and catering for to 150 guests. The Kardinia room interconnects with the Barwon and Otway rooms to form the Mercure Function centre, which has a combined capacity of 400 guests.

OTWAY

Located in the Mercure Function centre, the Otway room caters for up to 130 guests and features wooden flooring, and direct loading access from the car park.

TERRACE

Located in the main hotel building, just off reception, the Terrace room has an abundance of natural light and caters for up to 60 guests. The Terrace room is ideal for small meetings and seminars.
