Le Mirador Kempinski was originally built in 1904 as Etablissement M?dical de Mon Repos, in essence a Spa of the times. The building was dedicated to peaceful convalescence. Its exceptional location and service along with a microclimate of mild and sunny weather, and the quality of the air made it a favorite among wealthy Swiss, French, German and British people who were in the need of rejuvenation.
