From the airport, towards Jerusalem. Do not drive into Jerusalem. Just before Jerusalem at the second traffic light turn left (sign post reads Mal'aleh Adumim and/or Dead Sea). Drive according to sign posts that read Dead Sea or Ein Gedi until you reach the Dead Sea. Turn right and continue driving on this road southwards until you reach the sign post that reads Kibbutz Ein Gedi.
