Continue east, traveling on Road #70 through Yokneam, following signs to Tiberias. At Hatishbi Junction, turn right on Road #722 towards Tiberias. At Hashomrim Junction, turn right on Road #70, moving over left as soon as possible. After the traffic light at the Alonim Mall, continue to the next light, turning left (continuing on Road #77). After 11 miles, you will reach the Golani Junction. Continue straight and turn.
