Our gourmet breakfast includes a buffet of home baked granola, yogurt, bananas, a variety of fruit juices, milk, water, and freshly brewed coffee. As you enjoy your morning coffee the first course of fresh fruit and piping hot popovers is served. Just when you're thinking nothing could top the beautiful presentation of fruit and light airiness of our enormous popovers, out comes the entrée. Fresh eggs, maple sausage, apple cider cured bacon and pure New Hampshire maple syrup as well as our own herbs grown at Adair are but a few of the breakfast ingredients. Morning culinary skills are in evidence from 8:30am to 9:15am daily.
