Property Description

The Ocean 1 Hotel and Suites is located at 1st Street and the Boardwalk. Overlooking the beautiful beach of the Atlantic Ocean, the Ocean 1 Hotel and Suites are within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, nightlife, fishing and the amusements on the Ocean Citys newly renovated boardwalk. The hotel features 16 guest rooms with a direct Oceanfront and Boardwalk view. Some rooms include an in room two person jacuzzi tub. We offer side view rooms as well. All rooms have a kitchenette and balcony. The Ocean 1 Suites are located ocean block on the corner of Baltimore Avenue and 1st Street. We have 3 very spacious condo style suites which have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and can sleep up to 10 people. ONE parking space per unit-parking permit is required. Limited on site parking and off site parking is available. A 20.00 cancellation fee is charged to all cancelled reservations. 1 nights deposit required at the time of booking.
