Originally a Victorian Eye Hospital the striking building has been carefully restored and sympathetically extended to give a stunning new environment with glass fronted lounges and restaurant looking out onto the walled garden and outside pool. Over 5 floors each of the 59 bedrooms offers a unique experience. Many of the rooms have stunning views across the city and out to the Haldon hills. Each finished off with Egyptian cotton bed linen generous toiletries. Free wi-fi nespresso machines complimentary mini bar. For our guests i-pads in each room. The Restaurant features a theatre open kitchen with an open hearth oven opening out onto the terrace and landscaped walled garden. Menus are kept to simple seasonal and influenced by good cook and best-selling author Simon Hopkinson. Within the walled garden lies the Spa. Treatments are from award winning team REN.
