Mother nature gave us a lickin - but we are back and kickin Our hotels dedicated team has been working tirelessly around the clock since june 21 to recover from the devastating calgary flood. The massive clean up and repairs at the international will soon be completed. Fortunately our lobby- meeting space- and all of our guest rooms were not affected at all by the flooding- and we are pleased to advise we intend to welcome back our guest as follows- August 1- 2013 The international hotel suites calgary will open for business- our housekeeping department has completed a thorough cleaning of all the guest suites- and they are ready for your stay. While our main kitchen is still down- awaiting the arrival of new equipment - a reduced food service will be available to our guests. August 15- 2013 Our kitchen- 4th avenue lounge- room service and catering reopens. A full breakfast- lunch and dinner service will be offered in the 4th avenue lounge. We are taking the opportunity to make improvements to some of our lower level public areas affected by the flood and this project will require some additional time. The 4th avenue cafe- pool and exercise room will remain closed while we upgrade and modernize. When this area reopens we will have fantastic new and improved facilities for your use.
