Phase II of Koloa Landing Wyndham Grand Resort is progressing with one new building currently at the foundation stage. Management monitors the construction daily with work limited to weekdays 9 am- 5 pm. Very few Villas are impacted with either construction noise or the view. With these few Villas, we are offering a very favorable Promotional Construction Rate in consideration of some construction noise during the day when many guests prefer to be out of their villas at the pool and exploring Poipu Beach or Kauai.
