Web savers are special rates offered
only to online customers. These
rates are below the published rates
of the hotel and often represent the

property. They often require
prepayment and may not have a refund
policy associated with them. We
recommend that you read all
cancellation policies and rate-rules

If I change my reservation will I lose my deposit? |

In most instances, deposits are
recoverable if the
cancellation is made before the
forfeiture deadline. These deadlines

How and when hotels charge
your credit card. |

Reserving a room online does require
a credit card, but this does not
mean your card will automatically be
charged the full amount. For most
reservations, we just need to verify
the authenticity of your card and
the presence of available funds in
order to hold the room. We also
charge a modest service fee for
using our hotel reservation system.
At the end of your stay you may
choose your form of payment at the
hotel.
